Osteo Mineral
Take precautions!
Bei
Osteoporosis is a loss of bone substance, where women after menopause are especially affected by. It can lead to an increased risk of fractures, above all of the hips, wrists and the spine, loss of growth, rounded shoulders as well as pain of back and neck.
One of the main reasons for osteoporosis is that in case of persons over 30 years the mineral calcium is continuously reduced in the body. By the age of 70 years, the human being has lost approximately one third of bone substance. The body tries to maintain the level of calcium in the blood constant and sets it off the bones. That means that the calcium depot of the body must be permanently refilled. To optimally supply the bone, vitamin D continues to be absolutely necessary, as otherwise no calcium can be built in the bone. A vitamin-K deficiency leads additionally to an increase of bone density.
Thus, prevention for persons over 30 years as a combination of a healthy way of life with taking different food supplements makes sense and can have a positive effect on the composition of bones.
Osteoporosis: We have something against it!
The product Osteo Mineral is a dietary food for the prevention of osteoporosis with calcium, magnesium, vitamin D and inulin.
Ingredients:
-
With a proportion of approx. 2% of the overall body weight (approx. 1 to 1.5 kg), calcium is quantitively the most important mineral of the human body. Like all minerals, also calcium must be regularly taken in via food, all in all approx. 1,000 mg per day. Vitamin D is formed by the body in the upper layers of the skin by the effect of ultraviolet light and supports the take-up of calcium of the intestine and the integration in bones. We are in need of approx. 5 µg of vitamin D per day. Small children as well as seniors over 65 are in need of approx. 10 µg per day.
-
Magnesium stimulates metabolism in the bones and provides for keeping the bone density. Approx. 2/3 of the magnesium in the human body is stored in bones. We are in need of approx. 300 - 350 mg magnesium per day.
-
Inulin is a soluble, non-absorbable polysaccharide (fiber) supporting the take-up of calcium of the intestine.
